In partnership with the Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring and MentorPRO Academy, the Ignite credentialing pathways provide research-backed professional learning that equips students to mentor with confidence while preparing them for success in college, careers, and life.
Whether your goal is strengthening a peer mentoring program, expanding CTE opportunities, or meeting evolving college and career readiness expectations, Ignite helps schools integrate meaningful credentialing into existing student leadership experiences.
Why Credentialing Matters
Across the country, districts and state education agencies are expanding opportunities for students to graduate with industry-recognized credentials, micro-credentials, and workforce-ready certifications that demonstrate real-world competencies.
While many credentials focus on technical career pathways, every student benefits from developing transferable human skills.
Students who can communicate effectively, build strong relationships, navigate conflict, demonstrate empathy, collaborate with diverse teams, demonstrate empathy, collaborate with diverse teams, and lead ethically and are better prepared for whatever path comes next.
Ignite’s credentialing pathway intentionally develops these durable skills through authentic mentoring experiences backed by decades of evidence-based mentoring research.
